Tubebarrier
Tubebarrier is a flexible temporary flood barrier with a flap on the
front that points towards the water. The rising water fills the tube
and generates its own structural integrity. Filling holes in the tunnel,
just above the flap, ensure that the water in the tunnel is as high
as outside the tunnel. The pressure / mass of the water resting on
the flap ensures the Barrier remains in place.
FLOOD DEFENCE SYSTEMS
The BoxBarrier is a very effective temporary flood defence system, which can be used to temporarily heighten the crest of a dike, or to make a temporary dam on flat terrain. This increased crest height prevents flooding of the areas behind the dike. Boxbarrier can be used for flood protection, diversion and containment. Each section can be continuously extended using junctions to create an almost infinite length/ prolongation of the barrier. Muscle Wall is a portable barrier (2ft to 8ft height) primarily used to contain or divert water that is fast-moving and debris-laden. Muscle Wall is quick, easy, reusable, reliable, and customizable. With a small team of 4 people, a hundred feet of Muscle Wall can be fully deployed in as little as 30 minutes. If sandbags were to be used on that same scale it would take well over a day and triple the manpower. Muscle Wall can even be deployed when floodwater has already begun to rise. Each wall can be floated into place and sunk using the same water that the wall is protecting against. Cleanup is easy and quick also. Sandbags typically take a crew of people with equipment and trucks to haul away.
